What area of the healthcare field interests you most?
My career path has included long-term care, urgent care, primary care and population health. Preventive medicine and preventive nutrition are personal areas of interest.

What do you enjoy most about your job with AHG’s Population Health Department?
Working in population health for more than a decade has been a most fulfilling experience. I enjoy talking to and connecting with members throughout the state. Learning about their life experiences and mindset regarding healthcare is intriguing. Being a cancer survivor has given me a unique perspective for encouraging others to complete screening tests that could impact their well-being. It’s rewarding to have an opportunity to discuss and offer these services.

What are some personal details about yourself you’d like to include?
I enjoy spending time with family, going to the lake, browsing antique shops and playing with my goldendoodle, Honey.
